Job summary

A global media and events organization in the UK is seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee international business summits focused on food and sustainability. This fixed-term role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. The selected candidate will work office-based in Brighton and will travel internationally to deliver events.   • Ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure tasks and events are delivered on time and to high standards.
  • Oversee logistics and operations of each event.
  • Run events on the day and manage onsite team.
  • Liaise with speakers and stakeholders.
  • Support marketing team for branding delivery.
