This position is based in Munich, Germany.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Global Renewal Manager to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for managing our global contract renewal portfolio, ensuring high retention rates, and driving customer satisfaction through seamless renewal processes. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for contract renewals, working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize revenue retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all contract renewals and updates across IDnow's global customer portfolio,
  • Ensure renewal discussions are initiated well in advance of contract expiry dates,
  • Handle contract modifications, including adding new service providers and updating terms,
  • Coordinate effectively with legal, finance, and delivery teams throughout the renewal process,
  • Proactively identify renewal risks and implement mitigation strategies,
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasting and pipeline management,
  • Drive customer success initiatives to improve renewal rates and satisfaction,
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers,
  • Negotiate renewal terms that align with both customer needs and company objectives,
  • Create compelling renewal proposals and presentations.
Preferred Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field preferred,
  • Proven experience in contract management, renewals, or customer success roles,
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or technology sectors is advantageous,
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders,
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple renewals concurrently,
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities,
  • Customer-focused mindset with proactive communication style,
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Operations),
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and contract management tools,
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages appreciated.
