You will help implement global compensation frameworks and ensure compliance with regulations across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of payroll and benefits experience in financial services, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential data. Knowledge of HR systems and fluency in English are essential, with additional European languages being a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll, compensation and benefits within financial services.
• Experience with FCA reporting and RemCo.
• Ability to manage confidential data effectively.
