A leading global nonprofit organization is seeking a skilled recruitment professional to manage full-cycle recruitment for regional and global roles. This position, based in the UK, requires strong recruiting skills and the ability to partner with hiring managers to build candidate pipelines effectively. The People team is a strategic partner in fostering a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing organization. We manage the employee experience across the talent lifecycle, from attracting talent to supporting well-being and aligning people strategies with our mission. Our Talent Acquisition team partners with leaders to find the best global talent, developing sourcing and selection strategies for various roles worldwide. This is a limited-term position focused on immediate regional hiring needs for 24 months. Remote - UK, preferably in London. No relocation support. You will lead regional full-cycle recruitment, engaging hiring managers, building candidate pipelines, and collaborating with TA and HR partners to meet hiring goals. Strong recruiting skills, cultural awareness, and project management are essential.
