Ideal for those flourishing in fast-paced settings, passionate about performance marketing, and eager to achieve results through daily campaign management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, be methodical, and confidently handle reporting and data analysis to uncover insights and identify quick wins to drive strong performance.

  • Collaborate closely with the Global Paid Search Lead to align strategy, share insights, and ensure consistent execution across regions.
  • Apply methodical thinking to analyse paid search data, identify trends, and implement detailed optimisations that improve campaign performance and maximise return on investment.
  • Own the day-to-day management of Google accounts, including keyword research, ad copy testing, bid strategy, and budget pacing.
  • Independently download and analyse campaign reports to identify actionable insights and quick wins, to improve paid search performance and drive measurable results.
  • Partner with analysts to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
  • Partner with SEO team to ensure an aligned Paid and Organic Search Engine Marketing Strategy
  • Ensure proactive flagging of issues and recommendations for optimisations to leadership
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Support global campaign rollouts and localisation efforts in collaboration with regional marketing teams.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Proven B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology industries.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads at scale.
  • Strong understanding of paid search fundamentals, including keyword strategy, match types, bidding models, and audience targeting.
  • Technical operational proficiency in campaign setup, tracking implementation (e.g., UTM parameters, conversion tracking), and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign optimisation and performance reporting (Google Ad Editor is a requirement, Adobe Analytics experience ideal).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a global organisation.
  • Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
  • Proactive, flexible, and hard-working approach to work.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Well-organised, able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for innovation and testing.
  • Experience working in or with enterprise-level marketing teams is a plus.
Why Join Adobe?
  • Be part of a high-growth B2B enterprise software company crafting the future of digital marketing.
  • Work in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative marketing environment.
