ABOUT THE TEAM / DEPARTMENT.... ABOUT THE ROLE.... This role is a cornerstone of a dynamic and collaborative global team, ensuring flawless campaign delivery across markets. Reporting directly to the Global Operations Director, the Global Operations Manager will connect activation, planning, client, and content production teams, building the processes and operational frameworks that guarantee campaigns go live on time and to the highest standard.

You will oversee cross-functional coordination, enabling seamless collaboration between markets, functions, and partners. By streamlining workflows, embedding best practices, and ensuring clear accountability, you’ll empower teams to deliver with consistency, speed, and impact. Collaboration will extend to Media Activation, Planning, Production, and Client teams, where you’ll ensure Electrolux’s campaigns go live on time and run smoothly.

ABOUT THE WORK....

The Digital Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end campaign delivery across the West markets (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and UK) for Electrolux (ELX). This role acts as the central hub between media planners, creative production (Omnicom), performance teams, and Electrolux, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

  • Campaign Delivery Oversight: Manage the creative delivery process from media plan approval through to asset launch, ensuring timelines are met and campaigns go live seamlessly
  • Creative Delivery Sheet (CDS) Management: Create and maintain CDS documents, verifying all formats, dimensions, and specifications are correct. Coordinate review cycles with performance teams and secure approvals from Omnicom Production and Electrolux before production begins
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the point of contact between production agency, Electrolux, and internal channel/performance teams. Ensure smooth communication, timely escalation, and alignment across all stakeholders
  • Asset Delivery & Launch: Track and confirm asset delivery via Jira, informing performance teams and channel leads once assets are ready to launch. Proactively manage preview deadlines and troubleshooting issues to avoid campaign delays
  • Issue Resolution: Monitor for creative delays or technical delays and coordinate solutions, whilst managing media plan schedules and asset delivery to minimize risks and ensure seamless, on-time campaign launches
  • Drive automation and process optimisation by identifying operational gaps, streamlining workflows, and delivering scalable solutions that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enable teams to focus on high-value work
  • Client relationship: Build trusted relationships with key and mid-level clients, delivering exceptional service, driving proactive results, and sharing successes
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide frequent, clear updates to channel teams, production agency, Electrolux, and other internal department, acting as the escalation point for campaign delivery issues across west markets
  • Team: Collaborate with other Operations Managers and the Global Operations Director, lead by example to support junior team members, and foster positive relationships with partner agencies and suppliers
Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in delivery sheets, formats, and specifications.
  • Excellent communicator, able to manage cross-functional relationships with agencies, clients, and internal teams
  • Problem solver who can quickly address delays and keep campaigns on track.
  • Strong background in project management, with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Nice to have: experience with dashboarding and Excel macros to automate reporting and connect data sources efficiently
