Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Global Mobility / Relocation Consultant in London. The successful candidate will coordinate the relocation process for expatriates while ensuring excellent levels of customer service. Ideal applicants will have prior experience in global mobility, a diploma qualification, and strong communication skills. This is a permanent, full-time position with work-from-home flexibility and a negotiable salary package plus bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Previous global mobility or relocation experience is essential.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong understanding of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full relocation process for multinational clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for expatriates and their families.
  • Ensure relocations are carried out legally and within company guidelines.
  • Maintain the database and ensure records are accurate.
  • Promote and cross-sell the company's services.

The Background

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the relocation of assignees whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service.

The Role
  • Coordinating the full relocation process on behalf of multinational clients, balancing the company's requirements with the assignee's needs;
  • Acting as the main point of contact for expatriates and their families throughout the relocation process;
  • Ensuring that all relocations are carried out legally and within company guidelines;
  • Maintaining the database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date;
  • Actively promoting and cross-selling the company's services;
  • Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as required.
The Person
  • Previous global mobility or relocation experience is essential;
  • A minimum of a diploma level qualification;
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills;
  • A strong understanding of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
