Qualifications

• Proven track record in data management and ERP data migration.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central.
• Proven experience in Master Data Governance in multi-site production & distribution.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel) is advantageous.
• Experience in building or working with ETL tools is a must.
• Excellent communication skills across departments, locations, and countries.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and technically minded with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean product data before launching the ERP system.
• Ensure data meets system requirements.
• Control and share master data across locations.
• Set rules for managing and protecting data.
• Use validation checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Track and improve data quality over time.
• Be the go-to person for master data across all sites.
• Train and support local data users.
• Protect sensitive data and manage access.
