A global specialty insurance provider is seeking a Marketing Professional to elevate its Global Markets presence. The candidate will plan and execute marketing initiatives, create content, and analyze campaign performance. A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or communications, preferably within Insurance or financial services, is required. This role is pivotal in elevating AXIS’s Global Markets presence through strategic marketing and communications initiatives. By delivering impactful campaigns, compelling content, and data-driven insights, you will help strengthen broker engagement, support business growth, and reinforce AXIS’s position as a trusted specialty insurer.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and communications across multiple channels
Create and edit content for digital platforms, email, and broker communications
Design marketing assets using tools such as Canva and Foleon, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact
Track and analyse campaign performance, report on KPIs, and use insights to recommend future marketing and communication tactics
Manage marketing technology platforms (e.g., email automation, digital content tools) and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity
Maintain marketing asset libraries and update the marketing and communications activity calendar to ensure visibility and alignment across the team
Coordinate logistics for marketing initiatives and events, including branded merchandise ordering, and ensuring accurate execution
Manage administrative tasks such as invoice processing and record‑keeping for marketing activities
Provide general support to the team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and compliance with brand standards, including daily media tracking

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or communications, ideally within insurance or financial services
Familiarity with supporting multi‑channel campaigns and coordinating marketing activities
Strong writing and editing skills for digital content, email, and internal communications
Ability to design marketing assets using tools such as Canva (or similar)
Comfortable using marketing technology platforms (e.g., email automation, Foleon) and open to learning AI‑powered tools
Strong organisational skills to manage calendars, invoices, and branded merchandise orders
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders
Attention to detail and willingness to track campaign performance and assist with reporting
Experience in broker‑focused marketing (B2B)
Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, paid social, and digital advertising
Knowledge of insurance market dynamics and specialty lines
In this role, you will typically be required to:
Be in the London office 3 days per week
Help with the running of broker events, occasionally in the evenings
Travel within the UK as needed
