Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Logistic, Distribution, Transport.
• Good understanding of pan-European logistic organization.
• Understanding of export & customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics & transport from order entry to delivery.
• Respond to order enquiries and address potential delays.
• Act as primary interface between Customer Service and Supply Chain.
• Monitor aging orders to ensure timely shipment.
• Manage non-products related complaints.
• Execute product return and keep procedures up to date.
