Qualifications

• Extensive demonstratable experience in Global Immigration.
• Thorough understanding of immigration concepts and issues.
• Previous experience working at Manager level within Global Immigration.
• Experience of managing small teams, coaching and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage team activities to ensure compliance with risk management policies.
• Supervise and coach junior members of staff.
• Final review of materials and communications for immigration authorities.
• Monitor client service standards and implement resolution plans.
• Responsible for managing engagement financials and cash collection.
