Job summary

A leading international company is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead HR initiatives across their offices in London, Ireland, and France, as well as expanding into the EU and Singapore. The successful candidate will handle local employee matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and will manage cross-border HR projects. Ideal candidates should have significant HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment while furthering the company's HR strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience, particularly in employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws in the UK, EU, and ideally Singapore.
  • Proven experience in managing HR initiatives in a multi-site context.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary HR contact for European and Singaporean offices.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligning with business goals.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues with local partners.
