Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in health and safety leadership, ideally within themed entertainment.
• Proven success managing multi-site, international operations; leading teams across multiple time zones.
• Certifications such as CSP, CHMM, CSHO or NEBOSH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Health and Safety strategy for Land Production.
• Partner with Health and Safety Managers across international locations.
• Champion a culture of safety through communication and employee engagement.
