A leading UK financial services company seeks a Group Head of Talent Acquisition & Operations. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader to set the strategy for attracting top talent while fostering diversity and inclusion across operations. Responsibilities include leading a global team, implementing innovative hiring practices, and collaborating with senior leaders. As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Operations, you'll lead a high-impact, globally distributed team responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation’s end-to-end hiring strategy with the outcome of hiring and retaining the best technology, data and banking talent across the industry and driving an exceptional end-to-end candidate and hiring manager experience.
Oversee a blend of senior TA leaders – including those aligned to regional and functional portfolios, and also lead some critical operational leaders who deliver a set of services to our colleagues – ranging from high volume recruitment to vetting and SMCR operations.
In this pivotal role, you'll define the strategic direction of the global TA function, ensuring it is future-fit, insight-led, innovative and aligned with the organisation’s broader people and business priorities.
You'll also be accountable for embedding a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience—while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion at every stage of the hiring journey.
