Qualifications

• BTEC, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent engineering qualification required.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems needed.
• Experience with IT networking solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with integrated systems including PLCs is desired.
• Ability to adapt to travel requirements in challenging environments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for CVI and RTT systems including installation and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across various subsystems.
• Serve as technical liaison between company and customers.
• Respond to third-line technical support requests.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation including service reports.
• Travel internationally up to 80% of the time, including to various regions.

Strong understanding of hydraulic systems

Education
