The Global Growth organization is seeking a high-performing Senior Manager to support the firm’s Global Enterprise Portfolio Management (GEPM) team for a two-year secondment to Global. This role will offer a unique opportunity to work across all businesses in a highly visible and in-demand position.

The GEPM team is designed to be a small but impactful group that closely collaborates with senior leaders across Deloitte. GEPM’s purpose is to optimize Deloitte’s portfolio of businesses holistically and more proactively by aligning cross-business, cross-border collaboration and informing our businesses’ strategies with consideration to our multi-disciplinary model (MDM). The GEPM Senior Manager will need to understand our business landscape (e.g., firm strategies, priorities, investments), know how to navigate the Deloitte global network, and understand/learn how to apply independence considerations in a business context.

Due to GEPM’s specialized and focused mission, our team members have the incredible opportunity to observe, learn from, and interact with some of the most highly recognized leaders across the firm, all while developing solutions for the firm in high-priority, high-visibility areas that have senior leadership attention.

• Deep dive into critical business issues and support special initiatives to design and implement solutions (spanning strategy, systems, and process areas)
• Translate complex MDM concepts and EPM narratives into consumable content that can be delivered effectively to leaders and teams throughout the network
• Analyze firm data sources to identify key takeaways to inform decision-making related to client relationships and business strategies
• Identify and manage the documentation of key findings and recommendations; prepare executive-level deliverables
• Provide support to conflict case management, working with account, pursuit, and business relationships leaders across all businesses and industries
• Be willing to challenge the status quo, including informing key stakeholders and driving the transformation of key business processes
• Work in a matrixed environment with member firm/business/industry/sector leadership and representatives

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (PPT storyboarding, Excel formulas and pivot tables, Teams collaboration)
