Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to clients.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients.
• Assist in the development of targets for business growth.

Skills

Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options

In-depth knowledge of EMI and ESS

Expertise on split interest and nil paid arrangements

Experience in the preparation of share valuations

Staff management and mentoring experience

Awareness of accounting and employment law implications

Experience dealing direct with clients

Education

Educated to degree level (LLB preferred)

Qualified CTA and/or ATT/ACA or equivalent
