Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of leadership or team lead experience, ideally within business applications or CRM.

  • Strong familiarity with varied international sales processes with user bases of 300+.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all functional aspects of Dynamics 365 CE Sales and Marketing.
  • Gather requirements and harmonise regional business processes across EMEA and North America.
  • Work closely with a delivery team who will handle technical execution.
