Qualifications

• Strong corporate tax experience from Big 4/Top 10 or international in-house environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct tax compliance cycle, including corporate tax filings and cross-border disclosures.
• Manage preparation of transfer pricing documentation and provide ad-hoc TP support.
• Advise teams on tax implications of business initiatives and contracts.
