Qualifications

  • Experience at Senior Exec or Account Manager level in a media agency environment.
  • Strong organisational project management skills to juggle multiple workstreams.
  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience and a flair for relationship building.
  • Strong grounding in traditional and digital media with a passion for innovation.
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools.
  • Confident in Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables and presentations.
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Managing digital pilots from briefing through to the final post campaign report.
  • Leading communication with local market teams and coordinating input across regions.
  • Supporting the Account Director and Global Client Lead on key deliverables.
  • Coordinating global deliverables including Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Driving process efficiency and exploring performance opportunities.
  • Mentoring the Account Executive, fostering development and excellence.
  • Working closely with strategy, digital, and data teams.
