Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, payments, and intercompany transactions.
• Maintain financial data within the accounting system.
• Monthly posting and reconciliation of credit cards.
• Perform cost reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify account accuracy and identify irregularities.
• Assist in preparation of annual accounts.
• Manage month-end close activities for accounts payable.
• Review and process staff expense claims.
