Our Frome office
Our Frome office is located just 30 minutes from Bath and offers all the benefits of working in a city job whilst enjoying the countryside lifestyle and close‑knit culture of a small office. Just over 40 people currently work out of the Frome office, including the entire finance team.
The role
This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, confident communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You will be joining a friendly, high‑performing team where accuracy, initiative, and problem‑solving skills are highly valued.
The successful candidate will be an integral member of CIL's finance team, which consists of the CFO, FP&A Manager, UK Finance Manager, International Finance Manager, three Management Accountants, a Finance Apprentice, and a Finance Intern. This role would report into the UK Finance Manager and work closely with the Management Accountants. It is an exciting time for finance as we look to scale our systems and processes to support the business.
