Qualifications

• Must have a fully valid UK driver’s license and personal Car with Business insurance.
• Required to demonstrate the right to work in the UK.
• Prepared to undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all incidents/requests in a courteous manner.
• Monitor and update assigned incidents timely.
• Provide training and support to Junior Field Service engineers.
