German-Speaking Customer Service Executive

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is searching for a German-Speaking Customer Service Executive to join our client, a large manufacturer based in Deeside. Reporting to the Group Logistics Manager, the purpose of the role is to provide support to clients through on-time and in-full delivery of orders, ensuring smooth communication between warehouses, logistics teams, and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in both German and English.
  • Coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including warehousing and logistics, to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics or warehousing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
What We Offer
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm working hours.
