Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Credit Control/Collections/Debt Recovery environment.
• Fluent in both German and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class service for non/under-paying customers.
• Case management of high-value accounts in arrears.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with care and accuracy.
• Build positive relationships with merchants.
• Negotiate positive solutions with merchants' circumstances in mind.
• Work with various teams to implement appropriate actions.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory guidelines.
