Job Description
- Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients regarding account queries and payments.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the accounting process.
- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful German Speaking AR should have:
- Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and external stakeholders.
