Job summary

A UK engineering firm is seeking a Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer to handle field and office responsibilities in soil and rock sampling for infrastructure projects. Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Trail pitting
• Site supervision of cable percussion, rotary & window sampling drilling rigs (all in house)
• Logging of soils & rock samples and preparation of factual reports
• Short & long term monitoring of slopes, gas and groundwater regimes
• Database management
