Geoenvironmental Engineer – Bath

Salary: £30,000 to £36,000 (depending on experience) • Permanent Role

This Geoenvironmental Engineer role offers structured training, mentoring, and clear opportunities for progression. Support toward professional accreditation and ongoing CPD is actively encouraged. We are seeking a Geoenvironmental Engineer to join a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy delivering high-quality ground investigation and environmental services. Based in Bath, this role offers the chance to work on varied infrastructure, development, and regeneration schemes while building strong technical and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver site investigations, supervise groundworks, log soils and rocks, and prepare factual and interpretative reports.
  • Support risk assessments, contaminated land assessments, and geotechnical design inputs on projects across Bath and the wider region.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers on proposal preparation, data interpretation, and project coordination.
  • Liaise with contractors, laboratories, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to budget.
