Salary: £37,000-£40,000 + Overtime

Join a long-established, multi-disciplined engineering team with over a century of expertise behind it. You'll be part of a skilled group supporting customers with reliable, top-tier generator services backed by modern tools, industry-leading standards, and a commitment to quality engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out service, maintenance, and repairs on diesel generators and related equipment
  • Respond to breakdowns with confidence and professionalism
  • Diagnose faults using advanced software and your own engineering expertise
  • Perform load bank testing
  • Take part in a 24-hour emergency call-out rota (1 week in every 5)
  • Support installation and commissioning of diesel generators

You’ll have access to the latest diagnostic tools and technology to help you deliver outstanding service every time.

Qualifications
  • Strong electrical / mechanical engineering experience
  • Ideally, 18th Edition qualification
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with common generator control systems (preferred)
  • Good computer literacy
