Job Overview

In this front-of-house role, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations‑serving food and drinks, operating tills, maintaining clean and welcoming dining areas, and supporting both front and back‑of‑house teams. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service and report directly to the on‑site General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverages while ensuring top‑tier customer service and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Operating tills, handling payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Keeping dining and service areas clean and well‑stocked, supporting both front and back‑of‑house operations.
• Upselling products and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Eligibility & Requirements

• You must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years, have the legal right to work, and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing or food service roles is a plus – full training will be provided.
• Eligibility to work in the UK, with residency for the past 5 years.
• Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

Day‑to‑Day & Hours

• Full‑time hours: 35 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday. Shifts between 7am‑4pm – your evenings are yours!
