We have an exciting opportunity for a General Practitionerto join ourPrimary Careteam atHMP Hewell,a category B remand prison based in Redditch, Worcestershire. HMP Hewell has a fast paced healthcare environment delivering care to males aged 21+, with a range of needs including substance misuse and long term conditions. Within this role you will be working closely with our senior nurses to deliver receptions care which includes, ffirst night prescribing, discharge prescribing, urgent follow up for duty doctor and Substance Misuse prescribing. We are looking for a General Practitioner who is a team player and enjoys working with a busy environment where no two days are the same.
This position is part time role working 16 hours per week, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £124,320 per annum FTE depending on experience
