Role:GP/Health Screening Doctor - Brighton ( Private Patient Clinic )

Town:Brighton, Burgess Hill

Part Time:Minimum 6 sessions per week

Permanent:Salaried Role

Salary:£10,400 per session, per annum + Excellent Benefits + Indemnity

We’re looking for an experienced and talented General Practitioner. You will provide adult primary care and health screening assessments to patients at our corporate clients clinics on the their sites in Brighton and Burgess Hill. Our patient cohort for this role will generally be the "working well". This is a really exciting role for a Doctor who has a keen interest in women's health, menopause, lifestyle and preventative medicine.

As a GP/Health Screening Doctor you will join a friendly and supportive team and be given the time to care for your patients along with a healthy work life balance. The role is busy but structured, giving you the time to enjoy your life outside of work too.

Appointment times varying from 15 minutes for a GP appointment to 90 minutes for an in-depth health screening.

In your GP consultations and health screening appointments you will carry out some procedures such as taking bloods, vaccinations, smear tests, prescribing drugs, antenatal checks, travel advice or ordering further on-site tests supplementary therapy.

What you’ll bring:
  • Applicants must be GMC registered. You do not need to be on the performers list but do need to be on the GP register. (Do get in touch if you are not on the UK GP register but have practised as a GP in another country)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems
  • A friendly and can do attitude
