Are you an experienced manufacturing professional with a background in microelectronics? We are currently seeking a General Operator to join a growing team in Bolton, supporting increased production demands.

Important

Location: Bolton
Contract Length: 12 months (Likely to be extended)
Security Clearance: BPSS required
Pay Rate: £23.91 per hour, rising to £25.26 after 12 weeks
IR35 - Inside IR35 via an Umbrella company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Soldering components under a microscope
• Handling and assembling microelectronic parts
• Maintaining high standards of quality within a manufacturing setting

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in micro soldering and working under a microscope
• Strong attention to detail and a steady hand
• Defence or aerospace experience is not required, but would be desirable.

Work Pattern Options:

• 12-Hour Shifts: Sun-Tues or Wed-Fri, 7:00-19:00
• Nights: Mon-Thurs, 10-hour shifts

Full-time on-site role

Face-to-face interviews, including a skills test.
