Great opportunity to work as a General Operative for one of the UK's leading supermarket meat production sites. Staffline is recruiting for a General Operative to work in Spalding.
This is a full-time ongoing role. You must have your own transport to get to and from the site.

Our ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and hard-working, with a good understanding of basic English and the ability to thrive in a physically demanding role.
You need to be fit to carry out manual handling tasks, demonstrate excellent time management, and maintain a flexible approach to working hours.
While previous experience as a Production Operative, Warehouse Worker, or Factory Operative is desirable, it is not essential, as full training will be provided.
