A leading leisure services provider in Newark on Trent is seeking an experienced manager to oversee contract operations at Rufford Country Park. The successful candidate will ensure that service standards are met, manage commercial performance, and have a background in visitor attraction management or leisure sectors. Reporting to the Assistant Regional Director, the successful candidate will be required to take full responsibility for the effective management of this challenging contract ensuring the highest service standards possible. The post holder will ensure that the service provided meets the requirements of the client as defined within the service specification as well as consistently driving the commercial performance of the site whilst being sensitive to the conservation aspects of the park.
The successful candidate is expected to have a recognised management qualification (Preferably at Degree level) as well as having a track record of managing busy visitor attractions or a strong leisure sector background. Experience or awareness of Local Authority contract management is desirable.
