General Manager - London

We\'re opening new restaurants in fantastic neighbourhoods across the South, so due to our continued growth & expansion we\'re now looking for a General Manager for one of our beautiful sites in London.

Compensation

On target earnings (OTE) salary package of up to 70,000 per year (combined fixed annual salary plus tronc)

Responsibilities

We\'re looking for a proven General Manager - you\'ll need to be good at controlling your margins and at your happiest both looking after guests and training, inspiring & developing a happy team. Ideally you\'ll have worked in a similar premium branded full-table service environment, so we\'d love to hear from you if you\'ve spent time running a restaurant or gastro pub, but if you\'ve got a different background don\'t let that stop you from hitting that apply button!
