Responsibilities
- Lead the business as a strategic partner to all departments, driving profit, member, guest and staff satisfaction.
- Develop and monitor business performance weekly/daily, reporting key metrics and triggering action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company, safety, food safety, allergy, local and government regulations.
- Partner with support office functions for brand improvement and operational support.
- Build lead a high‑performance team across F&B/Operations, PR, Social, Events & Programming, and Facilities.
- Oversee the planning and execution of major events (“big moments”) across regional properties.
- Implement policies, procedures and systems to improve operations, service, retention and overall experience.
- Provide leadership on annual marketing plans and partnerships with membership, food & drink and finance leaders.
- Manage wage control and compliance with all permits and regulations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years managing high‑volume F&B or multi‑unit operations.
- Deep understanding of food safety, risk prevention, fire, labor laws and emergency procedures.
- Skilled at supervising, training and motivating all levels of staff.
- Experience interviewing and hiring new staff, adhering to policies while supporting team development.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking; business acumen driven by results and guest satisfaction.
- Innovative, influencer‑type leader focused on superior service and top‑quality experiences.
