We’re working with a growing London pub company with venues that combine great food, drinks, sports, and a friendly, local atmosphere. They’re searching for a General Manager who knows how to create a welcoming experience, motivate and develop a strong team, and run a smooth, profitable operation.

The General Managers role
  • As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a busy, vibrant pub. Your focus will include:
  • Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service
  • Managing daily operations, including bar, kitchen, and floor
  • Overseeing budgets, costs, and reporting
  • Recruiting, training, and developing staff
  • Maintaining high standards while fostering a fun, inclusive atmosphere
  • Driving sales while ensuring the pub remains a favourite local spot
