A community-focused charity organization in Winchester seeks a General Manager to lead operations and drive strategic growth. As General Manager, you\'ll lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, driving strategic growth and ensuring services continue to meet the evolving needs of the local community. You\'ll work closely with a passionate team of staff, volunteers, and Trustees to deliver the charity\'s mission with energy, creativity, and compassion.

This is a hands-on, in-person role based in Winchester, with occasional evening and weekend commitments (time off in lieu provided).
