Zachary Daniels are recruiting General Manager Manager for a premium fast paced Coffee Shop in Preston. With a salary of up to £32,000 plus an incredible bonus scheme and benefits, we are looking for a Coffee Shop Manager that is passionate about delivering a world‑class experience for their customers and creating a fantastic environment for their team.

Responsibilities

• Driving customer service standards in your site.
• Driving sales and ensuring site profitability.
• Training, coaching and developing your team.
• Maintain company and brand standards and adhere to H&S guidelines.
• Achieve store and company KPIs.
• Keep up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
