Overview

We're looking for a General Manager for a Community pub near Bolton and Manchester. Salary up to £40k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Talbot is a popular community pub in Atherton near Manchester. This spacious, open plan pub sits on the roundabout of a main road within 5 minutes of the M61 and Atherton town centre surrounded by a large housing estate. The pub trades at over £20k a week with 40% of sales coming from food. It benefits from an excellent guest reputation and a stable team.

We're looking for a community‑focused operator with a passion for guest experience and local engagement to lead the team to success and ensure the Talbot maintains its position at the heart of the community.
