I have an exciting Opportunity as a Studio Manager at a Premier Boutique Fitness Group with multiple studios across London and a successful online platform. I am looking for dynamic leaders with a passion for fitness and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including staff management, retail, and facilities
• Ensure smooth studio functioning through effective staff scheduling
• Maintain high standards of facility upkeep and H and S compliance
• Drive studio performance towards set KPI targets
• Recruit, train, and nurture a high:performing team
• Conduct regular staff check:ins and performance assessments
• Implement creative initiatives to enhance brand engagement among employees
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on talent retention and progression
• Forge strong relationships with the local community to drive new business
• Analyze weekly performance metrics to focus on revenue and retention growth
