Job summary

An Australian restaurant in London is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee operations, drive sales, and manage a team of 50+. This hands-on role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in hospitality, exceptional financial skills, and a passion for great food and wines. You will work directly with the owners to develop strategies for success and foster a high-performing team culture. Competitive salary up to GBP 65,000 plus a generous bonus of up to GBP 10,000.
