Overview

As one of our General Managers, you could earn in the region of £52,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £47,500 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £3k - £4.5k per annum
• Bonus: Up to £6k annual bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate – no pre-approval required

To thrive you need to be charming and confident, viewing every shift as an event. You will lead from the front, be adaptable, complement and trust your team to get things done, but never hesitate to roll up your own sleeves. Our standard is exceptional service, and we never let it slip.
