Leading and growing a tech-focused security systems team
Overseeing installations and service for cameras, access control, alarms, and structured cabling
Troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving security systems across multiple locations
Providing hands-on leadership and technical support when needed
Managing projects and ensuring timely completion of reports and documentation
Coordinating with customers and internal teams for optimized system performance
Ensuring all safety and compliance standards are met across the team
Be able to do the job as described
Experience in operations leadership at a security integrator or low-voltage company
Project management capability in a field-based environment
Ability to travel up to 50% and lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to be hands-on in both leadership and technical tasks
Comfort with new technologies and learning proprietary systems
