General Manager - Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is recruiting an experienced General Manager for our client based in Aylesbury. The ideal candidate will run the Aylesbury site and lead daily operations.

Salary: £45,5000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Bonuses.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am-1pm.

Key Duties
  • Carrying out daily meetings with staffing to ensure all works have been distributed to the workshops.
  • Overseeing all repair processes, ensuring timely completion, high quality and adherence to schedules.
  • Monitoring budgets, controlling material costs, driving sales, and ensuring profitability.
  • Managing, training and motivating all staff, carrying out quarterly meetings.
  • Maintaining high standards, ensuring health & safety, and meeting industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with performance metrics, budgeting, and financial management.
