We are looking for a skilled and proactive individual to join our Home Repairs Service (HRS) team delivering high‑quality repairs across our 7,000 homes. Your work will directly impact the lives of our customers by ensuring their homes are safe, well‑maintained and comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality repairs across 7,000 homes, ensuring homes are safe, well‑maintained and comfortable.

• Work in your assigned area for the majority of the time, with occasional work in other business areas with prior notice.

• Use tablets and mobile phones at work.

• Receive a company van; a full driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of repairs work within domestic properties, with a strength in roofing.

• Experience in other trades.

• Ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Full driving licence (company van provided).
