Hours: 40 hours per week

What you'll be doing:
  • Waste management (including weighing waste)
  • Management of couriers, post, goods in/out
  • Porterage services (lift & shift) where practical (ensuring H&S requirements are met)
  • Daily completion of electronic records including logging of stores issued/courier services/volumes of post/reactive tasks/franking
  • Report and repair any fabric/building faults identified whilst carrying out daily activities.
  • Escort specialist subcontractors as instructed by the management and supervisory teams
  • Deal with any complaints immediately and report them to the Team Supervisor
  • Report faulty or damaged equipment to the relevant Supervisor
What we’re looking for:
  • Ability to pass DBS check
  • Experience in waste management operations including accurate weighing, recording, and disposal of waste materials
  • Strong organisational and logistics coordination skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining electronic records and data entry systems
  • Building maintenance skills
  • Interpersonal skills
