Job description
Overview

Vision for Education are looking to appoint passionate and highly motivated Secondary Teachers to work in secondary schools in and around Pembroke on a supply basis. If you have a particular subject strength the schools will endeavour to match this up with lesson cover as much as possible. You will be required to cover lessons for a range of year groups from Year 7 to Year 11 through the medium of English. These positions are currently on a temporary day to day basis but could lead to longer term and regular work if this is something you desire. The schools have great transport links and you can decide which areas you would like to work in. All supply sessions you complete will count towards your Induction Period if you are currently undertaking your NQT year.

Requirements
  • QTS and recent experience teaching in a secondary school
  • The ability to motivate and engage students
  • The ability to de‑escalate challenging behaviours
  • Passion for teaching and the progress of pupils
