The Gender and Diversity Finance Executive will play a crucial role in driving the organisation's gender and diversity objectives, specifically through the Black Ownership & Leadership for Development (BOLD) approach. As part of the G&DF Team, this role involves contributing to the execution of BII's strategies in diversity finance, with strong coordination across multiple teams. With a focus on advancing BOLD ambitions, the position requires interaction with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance diversity in investment transactions and business leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing BOLD eligibility assessments and supporting the roll-out of key products and training. The ideal candidate will also provide insights during investment proposals and contribute to mainstreaming inclusion internally.
